Michael Tjia is a designer and developer based in The Hague. He prototypes and builds interfaces that connect things, spaces, and people. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in architecture and data visualization at Delft University of Technology.

He holds master degrees in architecture from Delft University of Technology and The Berlage. He has held teaching positions at Design Academy Eindhoven and Avans Hogeschool Breda.

Previous clients and collaborators include Architecture Biennale Rotterdam, Bits of Freedom, Crossing Parallels, Eurail, Gemeente Rotterdam, and Nederlandse Galerie Associatie.
